December 18, 2006

Dear Colleagues and Fellow Parents:
2006 has been an exceptional year for improving the
lives of thousands of children through educating and
helping their parents to be more effective and
nurturing.
Our nonprofit organization, the Center for the
Improvement of Child Caring (CICC) , has been
quite
instrumental, with the parenting seminars and classes
we conduct, with the parenting instructors who work
for other agencies and schools who we train
nationwide, and with our Effective Parenting
newsletter that now reaches 40,000
people.
We have also been responsible for and have been the
sole financial supporter of the new
National Effective Parenting Initiative (NEPI).
As you
know the goal of
NEPI is to have every child in our nation raised
effectively and humanely by parents who receive the
best possible parenting education and
support.
NEPI has made remarkable progress in a very short
time through mobilizing numerous individuals and
organizations to work toward this goal, through its
online Effective Parenting
Petition , and through
presenting and advocating for this goal at a historic
White House Briefing that took place last week in
Washington, D.C.
We at CICC are very proud of what we are
accomplishing and with being able to start and
maintain NEPI.
We would greatly appreciate a year-end donation to
assist us in continuing our and NEPI's important
work.
You or your organization can make a tax-deductible
contribution with a credit card by clicking here.
We thank you in advance for your support and we
look forward to an even better year for children and
parents in 2007.
Have warm and wonderful holidays!
